WANTED...little girl, brown curly hair, brown eyes, about 30 pounds, about 35 inches tall. Often goes by "Big Sister". The victim says the attacker occasionally sucked her thumb before the attack. May be premeditated. Could be armed. Let's get this one off of the streets.
